We’ve all experienced these daily challenges: * The "Sayang ang Biyahe" Moment: Walking to the Barangay Hall only to find out you're missing a specific document. * The Information Gap: Relying on word-of-mouth for health clinics, ayuda schedules, or local ordinances. * The Manual Bottleneck: Hardworking staff buried in physical logbooks, slowing down clearances and certifications.
